Reliance Industries To Introduce Earning Calls On Metaverse 

Reliance Industries, the top telecom company, is determined to take a leap of faith in the metaverse. This historic move makes the firm the first Indian company to interact with its stakeholders using the metaverse. Metaverse is an emerging platform adopted by several businesses for connecting with customers in better and more innovative ways.   

Mukesh Ambani’s new vision to grow Reliance  

Looking at the growing prominence of the web3 space encouraged the entrepreneur Ambani to foray into the immersive world of the metaverse. Earning calls are integral to businesses as they share financial details with their stakeholders and will now be accessed through any device on the meta platform. To initiate this amazing project, the company partnered with GMetri, a no-code metaverse space.   

The participants need not require AR/VR headsets to join the earning call. The metaverse-generated session will enable analysts who keep track of the company to access graphics placed on different screens. One can even download the transcripts in PDF formats if one intends to analyze the call appropriately.   

It won’t be wrong to say that the telecom firm is bridging gaps with investors, financial analysts and others. The system will be an easy-to-access space whereby the stakeholders can directly get quotations from Mukesh Ambani. This step will indeed prove helpful for the firm in the future.  

Metaverse, a package of new possibilities  

Reliance Industries took the first step to embrace emerging technology for developing a direct communication channel with the stakeholders. The firm might also explore better possibilities like avatar creation, hosting corporate events and allowing people to take a closer view of their business operations.
