Famous Bitcoin Astrologer Sparked Controversy On Her Fake Prediction For Celsius

-

Maren Altman, the famous bitcoin astrologer, sparked controversy concerning her prediction for Celsius. Per a Twitter troll, it’s speculated that she was paid almost $30,000 by Celsius for her predictions. Recently Celsius got a major setback as they were bankrupted, which now raises questions about the market predictions shared before the fatality happened.

Let’s uncover the story…..

Bitcoin Astrologer Made Fake Predictions

Bitcoin astrologer Altman who has 1.3 million TikTok followers, is under an evil spell as she’s been criticized for promoting a crypto firm already running out of funds. Celebrity endorsement in NFTs and crypto is nothing new; companies raise the price of their products using famous people’s names to win customers’ trust.

When interviewed by CoinDesk, the celebrated Astrologer acknowledged receiving a fee from Celsius; however, she completely refuted any allegation of giving wrong predictions, as mentioned by a Twitter user. She calls all the claims made by the user a “witch hunt” and a tactic to defame her. Per reports, Altman wants to file a defamation charge against those spreading negative comments about her.

As her name is forcefully dragged into the firm’s bankruptcy matter, she said it was her biggest mistake to trust Celsius. On asking whether she had no clue about the dipping finances of the company, the Astrologer said she had no clue about it.

Just A Sponsorship Or a Conspiracy

Celsius’ misfortune has proved a rat trap for all those investors who believe in their reputation and staked their hard-earned money. Crypto companies using celebrity endorsement as weapons to influence investor behavior is posing severe challenges.

Well, if we examine the time of the partnership contract, some air of conspiracy hovers. Though bitcoin astrologer Altman tried clarifying that she was only involved in sponsorship with Celsius and had no intention to influence the crypto community. The YouTube videos showed Altman sportingly talking about Celsius and how she always looks up to the firm whenever taking investment decisions.

The person who tweeted that sparked speculative theories about the Astrologer, his tweet contains a screenshot of a 14,500-page Celsius court filing, clearly indicating that Altman was paid monthly $15000.

Well, the bitcoin astrologer is a war with the people spreading negativity about her and trying hard to build back her so-called good social media image.
